Notes
No matter which Allen & Heath Qu console you're connecting to, please note the following items if your console is connected to a KSL-supplied network:
-
IP Address:
If you have a wireless router in your system, the wireless router will provide your device with an IP address.
If you have a wireless access point in your system, you will need to set a static IP address on your device.
Please see Do I have a Wireless Router or a Wireless AP? and Setting a Static IP Address for additional information.
If your console and network were both provided and installed by KSL, your console has been tested and configured to work with the lighting network.
You may have to configure your mobile device to get an IP address on the network, to be able to communicate with the console. Please see Setting a Static IP Address for additional information.
